The Granlund operating method is our company’s way of acting, in a uniform manner, as a responsible partner that brings added value to the customer and provides services in building services design and maintenance that cover the entire life cycle of the building. Our operating method is supplemented by our versatile expertise and our advanced tools.
The BildMet model is Granlund’s operating method in construction projects. It is a comprehensive model that encompasses building services design as well as quality assurance services during both construction and the warranty period. The objective of the BildMet models is to master building services and ensure, in close collaboration with the customer, that the end result complies with the customer’s requirements.
Its key parts include:
- agreement with the customer on the goals of the project
- ensuring that the objectives are realized, the building services are functional and maintenance activities are carried out, in phases, throughout the process
- reporting to the customer for the purposes of monitoring and controlling of the project
- utilization of the building's information model during an analysis of the solutions, visualization and compliance with the objectives.
